I recreated what my imagination saw at the shoot moment

101 - Photoshoot on lakes of boric acid

Mexico, Baja California, Guerrero Negro, Salina private site

This is a real photograph of one of the most extraordinary places in this world that almost no one knows about!

You will be breathless to find yourself in a flat land dominated only by blue and pink.

The blue is the color of the sky reflected in the water and the pink is the part of boric acid that crystallizes on the surface.

The Guerrero Negro's Salina is the largest salt pan in the world and contains an area that cannot be used due to the presence of acid but these lakes are perfect for a photoshoot.

102 - Early morning mist in the rocky desert

Mexico, Baja California, 5 miles from El Rosario de Arriba

The first rays of the sun filtering through the mists allow the silhouettes of the cactus to be seen.
Here is where the desert begins, and will be your companion all day long.

103 - Falkirk Union Canal

UK, Scotland, Falkirk

This is the section of the Union Canal leading to the Falkirk Wheel

104 - Tamnougalt pathway

Al-Maghrib (Morocco), Agdz, Tamnougalt

A narrow pathway flanked by towering earthen buildings leads toward the center of Tamnougalt.

105 - Castil De Tierra Peak

Spain, Navarra, Bardena Reales

The Bardenas Reales is an extensive, semi-desert unpopulated area in the southeast of Navarra.
One of the characteristics of these badlands is the abrupt reliefs sometimes called "Castil De Tierra" which could mean sand castle

106 - The Carob Tree

Cuba, along the coastline between Manzanillo and La Demajara

The nature of these places along the coast disarms us with its beauty

107 - Taos Pueblo

USA, New Mexico, Taos, Taos Pueblo

Taos is a town in northern New Mexico’s high desert, bounded by the Sangre de Cristo Mountains. It’s known for historic adobe buildings such as Taos Pueblo, a multistory adobe complex inhabited by Native Americans for centuries

108 - Don't let the sunshine in

Portugal, abandoned area de Arealva, the opposite side of Lisbon on the Targus river

On the second floor of an abandoned house, I found this cell with a painted heart. The place is really tiny and dark but so fascinating for the vaults of the ceiling and the weird steps, I decided not to use ultrawide optics but several shots and then compose them.
The graffiti on the sides are in different places, in the same building, and I photographed them flat.
The final composition was made by mapping at least 10 of the photos taken, adding the points of light, and drawing the sparks and the liquid that comes out of the cell.
This place no longer exists because it is currently collapsed!

109 - The Prisoners Yard

UK, Scotland, Edinburgh, Makars Court

The charm of this image is due to the unreal perspective of the prisoners' shadow in a reversed direction to the buildings.

110 - Volubilis, The Forum (Panoramic view)

Morocco, Meknes, Volubilis

Volubilis is Morocco's most important Roman ruin and Unesco World Heritage Site.
The reconstructed columns of the Basilica and the remains of the Forum are the iconic Volubilis image. Around the Forum is a series of plinths carved with Latin inscriptionists that have supported statues of the great and good.

This panoramic image is the result of the fusion of three shots in sequence.
The peculiarity of this image is, beyond the absence of the tourist colonies that infest the place, the particular light of this late afternoon just-just mislaid.
