401 - A Future Testament
Digital Art, Handwriting with Pentablet
The title of this work is written inside the image using the Klingon alphabet.--
Vivid colors explode from a central point, splashing into a reflective surface that creates a kaleidoscopic effect. The image is dynamic, with abstract shapes and light providing a sense of movement and energy.
402 - The Secret Life of Arabia
Location: al-Maghrib (Morocco), Timidarte, Kasbah
Inspired by David Bowie's song "The Secret Life Of Arabia" the image depicts a passage in the underground Kasbah of Timidarte.
A corridor with arched openings is bathed in a warm, golden light from outside that highlights its intricate architectural details.

403 - Sons of the Silent Age
Location: al-Maghrib (Morocco), Tamegroute
Inspired by David Bowie's song "Sons of the Silent Age" the image was taken just outside the Tamegroute kasbah where the clay pots are fired.
To produce these objects, the cooperative puts very young boys to work with the aim of making them escape crime or join gangs.
The lyrics of "Sons of the Silent Age" have always been the subject of debate due to the differences in interpretations.
Anyway, they convey a sense of detachment and emotional isolation, They highlight the feeling of being outsiders in a world overwhelmed by conformity, where individuals are reduced to mere onlookers.
I have no idea how much these kids feel like prisoners or forced labor, some will willingly accept to feel saved, and others will find a way to escape.

A terrible signal Too weak to even recognize
A gentle collapsing The removal of the insides
I'm touched by your pleas I value these moments
We're older than we realize In someone's eyes
A frequent returning And leaving unnoticed
A condition of mercy A change in the weather
A view to remember The center is missing
They question how the future lies In someone's eyes
The gentle collapsing Of every surface
We travel on the quiet road The overload

412 - Sky Pilots
Digital alteration of color photographs, hand painted on a pen tablet
When the plane was hit by enemy fire and found itself in dangerous free fall, the flames and smoke blended with the colors of the sunset sky and the white clouds.
This work is inspired by, and is a sort of tribute to, the 1968 song "Sky Pilots" by Eric Burdon and the Animals... which I have always loved.
413 - Sight the beach of deception
Location: UK, Scotland, Aberlady Bay - Digital alteration of color photograph
Edited with a pen tablet but the holes are real. I made them by punching holes in a sheet of oiled paper where a highlighter marker pen represented the blood. I used a similar technique for the frame.
A surreal representation shows what appears to be a female figure merged with the sandy landscape at the edge of a body of water; her body seamlessly transitions into the sand, almost as a natural extension of the ground itself. The sky is dramatic, filled with clouds, casting a moody light over the scene with an overall desaturated color palette emphasizing the dream-like quality of the composition.
Seeing myself in the role of a tormented sniper I left the victim to the unraveling of the next tide.
My weapon is the camera, so I put the collimator in sight, and the bullet holes pierce the image.
The victim is in the field but my weapon can only hurt myself.
